Orders handling time and shippping time: 1-2 bussiness days from the payment is complete. 

Orders containing incomplete addresses may be subject to review. In this case, we will contact the customer, which will delay shipping times. TSSOE cannot guarantee expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Therefore, please confirm your shipping address before checking out.

Track Package

When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at 17track.net

Refuse Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

1. Original and return shipping costs.

2. Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
